Women with ongoing bloating or digestive symptoms who have already tried eating healthier and want a thorough, root-cause approach with consistent clinical support over five months.

Question 2

Do you see patients outside Massachusetts?

Accepted Answer

Telehealth visits are currently available to patients who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of each visit.

Question 3

Do you take insurance?

Accepted Answer

Flourish by Kathryn is a private-pay practice. Bloat to Balance is a premium private-pay program; investment and payment options are discussed during your complimentary consultation. Some lab testing may be billable to insurance depending on your plan — we'll talk through this with you.

Question 4

What happens during the free consultation?

Accepted Answer

It's a 30-minute virtual conversation to understand your symptoms and goals, explain how the program works, answer your questions and decide together whether it's a good fit. There's no obligation.

Question 5

Will I need functional testing?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Testing is recommended only when it's likely to change your plan. Functional tests are interpreted alongside your history and conventional labs and are not used to diagnose conditions they aren't validated for.

Question 6

Can you guarantee my bloating will go away?

Accepted Answer

No ethical clinician can guarantee results. Our goal is to identify likely contributors and support meaningful, sustainable improvement — and many women do notice positive changes — but every body responds differently.

Question 7

Do I need to stop seeing my current doctor?

Accepted Answer

No. Integrative care works best alongside your existing care team, and we're happy to coordinate when helpful.

Question 8

When should I seek urgent care instead?

Accepted Answer

If you have unintended weight loss, blood in your stool, persistent vomiting, trouble swallowing, severe abdominal pain or fever, contact your primary care provider or seek urgent care right away. Call 911 for emergencies.
